Jena did such a great job wrangling us during the wedding planning process. We wanted something very unique and are both kinda scatter brained and Jena was able to get us focused on each task as it needed to be done.We could not have pulled it all off without her. IN FACT, she was so efficient, I didn’t even know until days after the wedding of things that happened day of and she was able to take care of on the fly.
Jena has an incredible passion, talent, and true aloha spirit that makes her fun and easy to work with. She asks the right questions and pushes for perfection with her big smile. Her husband and team are great too! Highly recommended for weddings in Hawaii and Bay area.
There is no way my (now) husband and I were easy to work with. We both wanted a wedding 8 months after our engagement and each were starting new work ventures. We needed a planner and coordinator because we had very little time and mental bandwidth to do much ourselves. Jena was wonderful and VERY patient with us about keeping us on task and trying to get us to do things on time. Even when we changed our minds about food at the last minute and our original videographer had to cancel at the 11th hour, Jena was on point with getting everything together that needed to be done. And I can’t say how wonderful it was on the day of the event to answer questions with, “I dunno, ask Jena. She’s got this.” Husband and I were able to completely enjoy the day and be in every moment. Jena was just perfect for what we needed.
I am a florist here in Boulder and recently worked with Jena on a wedding and it could not have gone any smoother. Jena was extremely responsive and organized down to the day of plan. She responded quickly to any questions I might have had regarding delivery or the flowers. I would definitely recommend using Jena to help plan your big day!
